Brian Funshine

This guy, Jackie Wu is famous in Taiwan for many TV shows! He’s a singer, entertainer, and funny guy. His English is great too. Anyway, I was on his show twice… called Power Sunday. I was asked to listen on headphones to a song, and then imitate what I hear by singing it. Needless to say, it was pretty funny, cause the songs were everything from famous Taiwanese pop stars to old Taiwanese traditional songs sung by women! I think they picked the right guy for the job.

What do you think? Most people in Taiwan seemed to have seen the show…
There is a tendency in Taiwan for them to enjoy laughing at foreigners doing funny thing… or so I thought, and I’ve realized, they like to laugh at everyone, not just us expats. Needless to say, I gotta admit, it was fun.
